Based at Yale University, Charlette joined ELTI in September 2024 and provides high-level administrative support across various program functions, including logistical coordination, administrative tasks, and financial processes.
Charlette plays an essential role in ensuring smooth operations and effective resource management within the organization. Before joining ELTI, Charlette provided administrative support at the Yale School of the Environment business office, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational administration. Her experience and dedication make her a crucial part of ELTI’s operations, and she is eager to support her team in achieving impactful results.
