Summary
This conference offered an overview about the science of climate change, and the very important role that the forestry sector will play in the mitigation efforts. Participants had a chance to discuss the potential opportunities available in developing forest carbon projects in the Philippines, as well as, to assess training needs and gaps in forest carbon project development.
