Sulton Afifudin
Indonesia Program Assistant, Blue Forests
Based at Blue Forests Foundation, Sulton Afifudin (who goes by "Udin") has been with ELTI since February 2014.
Udin is a biologist by training and enjoys assisting local communities in their efforts to preserve the environment and to develop alternative livelihood strategies. Before joining ELTI, Udin worked for the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF) as a reforestation and rehabilitation technician at the 1800-hectare Samboja Lestari forest restoration site. Udin earned his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Teaching and Education at the University of Tri Dharma in Balikpapan.
