Katherine leads the conference, event, and field component planning for the Collaborative Peer-Learning Program on Nature-Based Solutions for Coastal Resilience at ELTI. Before joining the ELTI team, Katherine worked on corporate sustainability events at the United Nations Global Compact, served as Chief of Staff for Connecticut Office of Early Childhood, and helped set up and manage volunteers for an educational non-profit in Northern Thailand. She earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont and her M.S. in Non-Profit Management from The New School in New York City.
